Job Title: Telecaller – Marketing

Experience: Minimum 1 years in Tele calling/Marketing
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Tele caller – Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to engage potential clients, and experience in handling sales inquiries from platforms. Prior experience in the solar industry is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our products and services.
- Handle inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a database of leads and clients contacts.
- Follow up with clients to nurture relationships and drive sales.
- Address clients queries, providing effective and timely solutions.
- Update and manage records for seamless lead tracking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication & persuasive skills to engage potential clients.
- Strong ability to build relationships over the phone.
- Prior experience in tele calling/marketing is mandatory.
- Good organizational & data management skills for efficient follow-ups.
- Experience in using CRM software for lead tracking and reporting.
- Experience in the Solar Industry is a plus.
